WHY CAN'T I BUY AN OBJET?
We release our objets in Volumes. It is a way for us to share stories that celebrate culture and champion design. Each Volume is intrinsically unique and is inspired by a world of art, history and culture.
We release a limited quantity of objets at a time for two reasons. Firstly, it allows us to only produce what we know will sell. This means no surplus stock and no waste. Secondly, by focusing on a small number of objets at a time, we can ensure that each objet is crafted of the highest quality.
Once a Volume is sold out, we will close our store as we prepare the next cycle for release. This can take up to three months.
WHY ARE THERE ONLY BAGS?
Each Volume is a homage to items that we love. These can be bags, clothes and even homeware. The simple objets that radiate elegance that we can't part with. As we continue to release Volumes, we will curate a mix of objets that we and our community adore.
Volume 1 is captured through a series of handbags - representing our philosophy of ambition, sophistication and utility.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE ONE?
General sale is now live. Email subscribers will receive an exclusive 10% off their first purchase.
To ensure you are not disappointed, we advise you to subscribe to our newsletter where we will notify you on when the next number drops.
WHAT MAKES EACH OBJET UNIQUE?
Each objet is marked with a serial number and its associated booklet comes with its cycle number and Volume number to help mark the uniqueness of each objet. No objet is therefore the same, and is uniquely different to the rest. Personal, traceable and authentic in every way.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY OBJET?
We have partnered with DHL, a globally recognised logistics partner to ensure the best delivery services possible. We aim to deliver each objet between 3-5 days in Europe and 5-7 days Internationally. We are constantly working with DHL in order to minimise delivery times.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?
We take all major payment methods including Klarna* to make it more manageable to purchase your beloved objet.
Major payment methods are available in the following regions: Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore.
For customers in South Korea, please use PayPal as your payment option when at checkout.
HOW CAN I USE KLARNA*?
Klarna is a payment provider solution that offers flexible payment options across all objets, including Buy Now, Pay Later. When you place an order on our online boutique, you will be redirected to Klarna where you will be asked to provide your payment details.
Please note: you will be directed to Klarna to finalise payment once you select Pay Now on the checkout page.
To check if you are eligible, our payment partner Klarna will conduct a soft credit check which will not affect your credit score. To use Klarna solutions you must be at least 18. For more details, please view Klarna's privacy policy.
Whilst Klarna is widely available for Objets across our boutique, we implore you to consider your personal financial circumstances before choosing Klarna.
Klarna may not be available in every market.
WHY DO SOME OBJETS OFFER SPLIT PAYMENTS THROUGH KLARNA WHEREAS OTHERS DO NOT?
There is a maximum spend limit on Klarna Buy Now Pay Later options, which means not all objets are available to be split over three months: United Kingdom (£1500); United States ($1500), EU (1500 EUR).
